I, Subir Kumar Podder, 55 years, graduated (BE Civil) in 1991 and completed my post-graduation (ME, Applied Mechanics) in 1994 from University of Calcutta, India. I have been thereafter extensively involved in consultancy services for road project preparation as well as construction, with experiences of working in South Asia and also in Africa. Apart from design and design review, my experience includes preparing project preparation documents (feasibility study reports and detailed project reports), benefit distribution, road safety assessment, economic/financial analysis and contract management. Presently I am working as an Executive Director of LEA Associates South Asia Pvt. Ltd., a consulting service firm with its head quarter at New Delhi, India.
