Nikhil brings over a decade of experience in transportation engineering and planning. His expertise in emerging technologies, sustainable mobility, travel behavior, transportation equity, research design, econometric modeling, data visualization, and technical communication to support policy and decision-making comes from leading numerous federal and state-funded projects and authoring over 40 publications, including journal articles, technical reports, and peer-reviewed conference papers.
Nikhil holds leadership roles within the Transportation Research Board (TRB), serving on the Standing Committees on Women & Gender in Transportation (AME20) and the Effects of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on Travel Choices (AEP35).
