Dr. Kluger started at University of Louisville in 2018. He is an associate professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering. His research is focused on transportation systems, specifically operations, safety, and planning. He has managed over $700,000 in funded research at the state and federal level. Dr. Kluger is a member of the TRB Standing Committee on Urban Data Information Systems, a licensed Professional Engineer in Kentucky, and the faculty advisor for UofL's student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Dr. Kluger graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech in 2012 and a PhD from the University of Virginia in 2016.
