She is focused primarily on travel behavior and the impacts of policy alternatives on system users. Ms. Rose is a technical expert in areas of emerging demographic, socio-economic, and technological trends impacting transportation, leading research and facilitating dialogue on emerging policy issues, policy alternatives, and their impact on the level and distribution of future travel demand. She has a MA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
