Dr. Zeng is a Research Scientist at Howard University, affiliated with the Howard University Transportation Research Center and University Transportation Center. She earned her PhD degree in Systems and Information Engineering from the University of Virginia, specializing in transportation systems. After graduation, Dr. Zeng completed a one-year postdoctoral fellowship focused on transportation research at The University of Kansas. Currently, she are actively involved in multiple projects advancing the field of transportation at Howard University.
