Dr. Doyle is a research engineer with the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center in the areas of airfields and pavements with a focus on military applications. He received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University. Dr. Doyle has contributed to more than 60 peer reviewed technical publications on pavement engineering topics. He a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Mississippi.
