Dr. Agarwal is an adjunct faculty in Civil and Coastal Engineering Department at the University of Florida. He is also the Director for UFTI T2 Center. His research interests is in the field of signal systems, traffic operations, and highway safety. He also manages the Transportation Safety Center and other resource Centers for FDOT at T2 Center.
