Shucheng Zhang is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington. He is
part of the Smart Transportation Application and Research (STAR) Lab, where he focuses on applying deep learning to intelligent transportation
systems and connected autonomous vehicles. His research aims to develop advanced technologies that improve road safety and drive transportation automation. Shucheng holds an M.S. degree from Duke University, where he specialized in AI and robotics.
