Mr. Jeb S. Tingle is a Senior Research Civil Engineer and Program Manager in the Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Mr. Tingle is responsible for developing, planning and conducting complex civil engineering research in the field of airfields and pavements.
