Yusra I.Alhadidi is a Ph.D. student in Transportation Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and a researcher at the Illinois Center for Transportation (ICT). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan. Her work aims to understand how these materials affect the environment and improve road performance. She has worked on projects like modifying asphalt with particle accelerators and using non-recyclable plastics in pavement.
