Julie Ludeman is a seasoned aviation and construction management professional with over 25 years of experience in project and construction management. As the Deputy Program Manager and Associate Vice President at HNTB Corporation, she is currently serving as the Deputy Director for the Visual Design Studio at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
In her role at DFW, Julie leverages her outstanding communication skills and extensive experience in stakeholder management to lead two major capital programs worth over $9 billion. She excels at building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contractors, ensuring smooth communication, interpreting standards, and resolving project challenges.
Over the past nine years at DFW, Julie has led several high-profile projects, including the Terminal C – High C Gates Demolition and Reconstruction (Design-Build), Department of Public Safety (DPS) Headquarters (Design-Build), A29 Skylink Restrooms (Design-Build), Integrated Operations Center (Construction Manager at Risk), and the DPS K-9 Facility (Design).
Her previous contributions include serving on the management teams for DFW's Capital Development Program and the Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program. Throughout her tenure at HNTB, Julie has held various leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager, Public Involvement Manager, and South-Central Division Marketing Manager, working with clients such as Texas Department of Transportation, North Texas Tollway Authority, Los Angeles World Airports, and Dallas Area Rapid Transit.
