Kingston, Rhode Island, United States
I am a PhD Student, and Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Rhode Island. My specialization is in Transportation Engineering, and I am investigating the effects of connected and autonomous vehicles on the geometric design of roadways. My research centers on advancing road safety, optimizing traffic flow, and integrating intelligent transportation systems (ITS), with a focus on how emerging vehicle technologies impact traditional road design.
I am proficient in using key software packages in transportation engineering such as HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, and SUMO, which I leverage in my work to simulate and analyze traffic systems.
