Carin Groh currently works as the Program Controls Manager for the Future Runway Program PMT at Denver International Airport (DEN), as well as a Project Controls Consultant on smaller projects at the airport under the Project Management Office (PMO). With 15 years of experience, Carin has a comprehensive understanding of heavy infrastructure design and construction projects, including contracting, project management, and project controls. Her experience includes constract administration, construction inspection, project management, and engineering design. Many assignments have focused on the management, collection, and control of project documentation for a variety of heavy civil infrastructure projects with a focus on contractor compliance with contract requirements. She started working within the Airside Engineering Department at DEN as a Contractor Administrator 8 years ago, working her way up to be a successful and proven Project Manager on a variety of infrastrucure projects, most noteably the Gate Apron Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvements (GARDI) program. She strives to work collaboratively in a team environment to develop project controls processes and deliver projects on time and on budget.
