Dr. Eric Gonzales is an Associate Professor and Graduate Program Director in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He specializes in public transportation systems, demand-responsive transportation, and freight and logistics. Dr. Gonzales received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
