Lais Caldeira is a Technical Associate Project Manager at CALSTART. She leverages data analysis and technical expertise to assess and demonstrate the feasibility and performance of zero-emission technologies, helping fleets transition to more sustainable operations and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future. Before CALSTART, she worked at the National Confederation of Transport in Brazil, leading research on infrastructure conditions and investment needs. Lais holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago, an MA in Transportation, and a bachelor’s in production engineering from the University of Brasília.
