Dr. Tathagatha Khan is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Center for Transportation Research (CTR) in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Kentucky University (WKU). He has over two years of research experience in the field of transportation engineering with a focus on traffic safety and human factors. His research interests include Traffic Safety Analysis, Crash Modeling, Road User Behavior, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). He has a Doctorate Degree in transportation engineering and is currently working on multiple externally funded projects by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC).
