Ahmed Imtiaz Zamee graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2022, majoring in Transportation Engineering. He worked as an Assistant Engineer in the Tendering and Planning Department of Sinamm Engineering Limited, Bangladesh, and is currently a research assistant at Rowan University. His undergraduate research focused on Autonomous Vehicles, resulting in a review paper that identified pedestrian safety concerns in Bangladesh and public opinion on adopting AVs in the country. He conducted a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis using SPSS and is currently furthering his research on these topics. Zamee is also enrolled in the Postgraduate Diploma Program at the Institute of Information and Communication Technology, BUET, to enhance his programming skills in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence within the transportation field. He has published three conference papers and plans to work on a journal paper based on his research.
