Mohamed Elkashef, Ph.D., P.E.

Dr. Elkashef is an assistant professor at Oklahoma State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Cairo University and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. He has more than 20 years of industry and academic experience. He specializes in asphalt pavements and materials. Dr. Elkashef teaches civil engineering materials, asphalt mix design, and pavement management and rehabilitation.
