Wes Cooper is a laboratory manager and research scientist at the Asphalt Institute. A veteran in asphalt testing, he has nearly 17 years of experience in asphalt science and education. He is a member of AAPT and is a current contributor to several research projects, including AIF 22-03 and NCHRP 09-63. He also serves on the Asphalt Institute Roofing Technical Advisory Committee Rheology Task Force and manages the Asphalt Institute Roofing Proficiency Sample Program. As an educator, he is regularly involved in the National Binder Technician Certification program and Rheobit advanced rheology course.
