Rosalba Simeone is a young researcher at the University of Parma in northern Italy.
Rosalba holds a degree in Civil Engineering, completing her master’s degree in 2020 with honours. Since graduation he has been working in research activities, collaborating with research groups that deal with eco-sustainable and innovative materials for the construction of pavement with resilient characteristics. Rosalba has specialised in research topics in the field of experimental applications in Electric Road Systems technologies.In 2024 she completed his PhD with a thesis entitled "Towards the decarbonization of transport systems: experimental investigation on a new generation of pavement infrastructure for the application of Dynamic Wireless Power Transfer System technology". Actually, Rosalba continues her research and supports teaching as a professor assistant.
