With 40 years of experience,
Chris Sinclair
is the President and Founding Principal of Renaissance Planning where he leads a wide range of land use and transportation projects across federal, state, regional, and local scales. Chris has brought a focus on integrated land use and transportation planning to a variety of planning projects, including Federal research and training, Metropolitan Planning Organizations’ Long Range Transportation Plans, master plans, comprehensive plans, impact fees, and fiscal impact studies. He is well versed in many planning tools and methods, including land use models, travel demand models, traffic operations software, and fiscal impact models.
