Navid Hasheminejad

Navid Hasheminejad is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Antwerp. His research focuses on advanced techniques for material characterization and monitoring, with particular emphasis on:
1- Investigating the mechanical behavior of materials through high-resolution optical measurement systems
2- Structural health monitoring of asphalt pavements using fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor technology
3- Studying crack resistance and self-healing mechanisms in bituminous materials through digital image correlation (DIC)
