Adam Hill, EIT, completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at Brigham Young University in April 2023 and is looking to complete his master's degree in Civil Engineering at Brigham Young University in April 2025. Adam’s master's thesis involved considering the integration of UAS live streaming with traffic incident management, particularly as it involved the Utah Department of Transportation Incident Management Teams.
Following graduation, Adam has accepted a full-time position with AECOM as an entry-level Traffic Engineer, developing traffic simulation models for project evaluation and development. While at BYU, Adam worked with various professors as a teaching assistant and an undergraduate research assistant, developing a methodology to measure the effectiveness of Variable Message Signs in influencing driver behaviors.
In his free time, Adam enjoys exploring Utah’s mountains, hiking regularly, and occasionally backpacking. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching quality movies and literature. Adam is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and enjoys serving in his community, and in local choirs and musical groups.
