Brief Introduction – Dr Muhammad Jawed Iqbal
Dr Muhammad Jawed Iqbal is graduate of NUST (Risalpur Campus). He did his Masters and PhD in Transportation Engineering in 2009. Dr Jawed also attended a postgraduate course in Disaster Management at AIT, Thailand. He is a member of various professional engineering bodies.
In Transportation engineering, Dr. Jawed’s research interests include Logistics Management, Transportation Master Planning, Mass Transit Planning, Transportation Management, Congestion Management, Highway Design, and Road Safety Audit.
He is also a member of HEC’s National Curriculum Review Committee on Disaster Management.
At present Dr Jawed is Head of Transportation Engg Department at NIT , NUST and teaching courses in MS Transportation Engg.
