Syeda Fatima Sultana is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. With over five years of experience across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, and trade industries, she has a proven ability to drive change and improve workplace cultures through strategic HR practices.
Her career began in 2015 at RISE, an international school in Sylhet, Bangladesh, affiliated with the Cambridge curriculum. There, Syeda held multiple roles, including librarian, receptionist, and secretary to the principal. During this time, she demonstrated her ability to manage diverse responsibilities while ensuring operational efficiency. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR from Leading University in Bangladesh in 2014, achieving a CGPA of 3.73. Building on this, she pursued an MBA in Human Resource Management, which she completed in 2016 with a CGPA of 3.92. Recently, she enhanced her credentials further by earning an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Hertfordshire in 2023, achieving a total score of 67%. Syeda’s interests lie at the intersection of HR and technology, particularly in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline HR functions. She is particularly focused on automating recruitment processes, improving employee engagement through data analytics, and enhancing decision-making with AI-driven insights. As part of her long-term goals, she is preparing to pursue a PhD in HR, with a focus on the integration of AI technologies into HR practices to redefine the future of work.
