Mr. Jaquess has over 33 years of consulting experience related to the planning, design, construction, manufacturing, implementation and testing of Automated People Mover (APM) systems. Currently, Mr. Jaquess is Project Manager for Stage 2 of the PHX SkyTrain®. Since 2003, he has worked with the City of Phoenix managing the design, procurement, and implementation for all three phases of the PHX SkyTrain® system. In addition to PHX SkyTrain®, Mr. Jaquess has provided implementation oversight services on seven airport APM implementations and has provided consulting services for over 60 transportation projects worldwide from conceptual planning to implementation.
Mr. Jaquess has a Bachelor of Science from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.
