Alben Bagabaldo is a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Complex Infrastructure Systems (CIS) group. He recently earned his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was advised by Prof. Alexandre Bayen at Mobile Sensing Lab and collaborated closely with Prof. Marta Gonzalez at HumNet Lab. Before pursuing his Ph.D., he earned a master’s degree from Mapua University and a bachelor’s degree from Southern Luzon State University. Alben’s research interests include leveraging digital twin modeling, machine learning, and real-time data to revolutionize transportation systems.
